Our company is a consulting firm offering solutions designed for the unique needs of your business. We offer expertise in Leadership Development, Human Resources, Business Strategies, and Employee Training. Since every company is unique and each company we work with deserves a solution designed just for that organization, it seemed appropriate to make design a key part of our name.
We are located in a historical part of Virginia Beach formally known as Princess Anne County. Our location speaks to our respect of the past and our desire to help your company grow into the future!

Founder & CEO Our President/CEO, Susan Craft, has been a Strategic Business Partner with leading firms in the area for over 25 years. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration from Troy State University. Susan is certified as a SHRM-SCP from Society for Human Resource Management. In addition she holds the certifications SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resource and GPHR, Global Professional in Human Resource from Human Resources Certification Institute . She is a Core Consulting Partner and Certified Trainer in Connected Leadership, Connected Communications, and Connecting With Executives with CODA Partners. Susan is a member of Eggleston Board of Directors, Past State Council Director for Virginia SHRM State Council and teaches for Old Dominion University Strome College of Business and College of Continuing Education and Professional Development.
